At Mussa Shop LLC, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, handmade accessories. Each piece goes through a rigorous inspection process before being shipped to ensure its excellence.
Custom Pieces All custom pieces are made exclusively for you and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Accessories on Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Replacement or Return for Damaged Pieces: If you receive a broken piece, we accept replacement or return requests within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the specific situation, restrictions may apply. To initiate this process, please contact us within this time frame and provide clear photos of the damage.
Store Credits: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we issue a store credit for the value of the returned product, which you can use on future purchases.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a store credit, all accessories must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of use.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product, except in cases where the product has arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
